OUR MISSION
One Health, One Welfare
International Veterinary Outreach (IVO) provides high-quality veterinary care and training programs in economically disadvantaged communities worldwide. We believe that, given the right tools and resources, communities can build sustainable solutions that improve the health of animals and the people connected to them.
Founded in 2011 by Dr. Eric Eisenman at UC Davis, IVO has grown from a student club into a global nonprofit powered by veterinarians, researchers, and volunteers. Through our One Health approach, we address animal suffering, zoonotic disease, wildlife conservation, and veterinary education together.
